hf= high fill/Niveau wie bei frisch gefüllten Flaschen; in= into neck/im Flaschenhals; vts= very top shoulder/höchste Flaschenschulter; ts=top shoulder/sehr hohe Flaschenschulter; hs= high shoulder/hohe Flaschenschulter; ms= mid shoulder/mittlere Flaschenschulter; ls= low shoulder/untere Flaschenschulter; bs= below shoulder/unterhalb der Flaschenschulter.

Bei allen anderen Flaschenformen ist der Schwund in Zentimeter angegeben, Abstand zwischen der Unterkante des Korkens oder Kapsel und der Füllhöhe des Weines. For all other bottle formats the ullage is indicated in centimeter, and indicates the gap between the cork or capsule and the level of the wine.

Der Synergieeffekt japanischer und deutscher Kultur ist hier perfekt gelungen: zitrische Noten werden getragen von fruchtiger Yuzu (der Limone nicht ganz unähnlich), Mandarine und Grapefruit. Das würzige Aroma von Wacholder, Lemongras und Koriander vollenden den Geschmack.
