Rebsorten: 100% Mauzac Ein knackig, trockener Sekt, der an grüne Äpfel, Birnen und Fenchel erinnert. Die Fruchtigkeit, der trockene Charakter und die Säure sind gut ausgewogen. Helfen tut dabei ein wenig Schmelz im Abgang.
